Micross Expands its Hi-Rel Diode Portfolio with MIL-PRF-19500/240 Series Rectifier Diodes August 6th, 2026 - Micross announced the successful qualification and production release of its MIL-PRF-19500/240 series rectifier diodes, including the 1N645-1, 1N647-1, and 1N649-1. These diodes are QPL-qualified, and are available off-the-shelf today, or with custom screening available up to JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, or JANS quality levels.
